We specialise in tailor made supported accommodation placements for young people aged 16-18 with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, due to trauma and neglect in their lives.

We offer support, supervision & care at different levels to people who use our services. This includes one to one, two to one and three to one interventions 24/7 as and when identified or required with immediate response.

We understand that each individual will have different requirements and some may require more assistance than others, they will be assessed individually and a personal housing & support plan will be put in place.

If requested we can offer secure accommodation, this may require further assessments and discussions with the Referee & Multi Disciplinary Teams [MDTs] and Commissioners.

Our aim is to deliver a service, which gives people real choice and control over how they live their lives by fostering independence and support to achieve personal goals and aspirations.

Our highly personalised services are individually tailored to meet the specific needs of each and every person we support.

We can offer support in a variety of supported living models, including: individual homes, flat schemes, shared supported houses.

We are able to support and encourage our service users in many areas, helping them to lead a full and varied life, including;

• Developing domestic and life skills.[shopping, cooking, and cleaning].
• Help in managing finances.
• Getting out and about in community.
• Support to attend college, work placements and other activities.
• Advice and advocacy.
• Help accessing other services.
• Accompaniment to appointments.
• Keeping safe and healthy.

We focus on really getting to know people – how they want to be supported, what they want to achieve in life and what is important to them – to offer support that is as individuals as they are.

To achieve this, we use a number of specialist person-centred support planning approaches, such as One Page-Profiles and Person-Centred Reviews.

We work closely in partnership with individuals, their families or people important to them and their referrers, to ensure we develop and deliver a package of support which is unique to each person.

Our supported housing projects offer a positive environment where the individual’s unique qualities, strengths and abilities are recognised.
