Therefore when we select properties to include in our housing portfolio we ensure that we consider the needs of people that will use our housing & support services.

This approach is adopted when we are looking to identify specific housing locations for individual service users, whereby a great deal of our effort is put into matching service users with not only other service users in a property but also with the local community & amenities.

We offer a wide range of accommodation options in our housing & support service. These range from a room in a shared house or flat, to bedsits, studio apartments and self contained flats. Our properties are fully inspected by experienced and professional staff, whose aim is to ensure that our properties not only meet our own strict criteria and government guidelines but also meet the service user requirements individually tailored needs set by the person & referring authorities.

We will be responsible for ensuring that the properties in which service users are placed fully comply with all the requirements prior to being occupied by any service user.

Any necessary amendments, either identified by a member of staff or reported by the service user, or their referrers will be completed in accordance with appropriate timescales.
